QUESTIONS

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we do. A delivery fee is charged based on your location.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We bake from a private kitchen in southern sydney. There is no shopfront therefor there is no public access.

ARE YOUR BAKED GOODS NUT FREE?

Most of our goodies are nut-free (unless specified otherwise), but we cannot guarantee that there are NO traces of nuts.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR CUPCAKES?

Our regular size cupcakes use a size 550 cupcake liner, and our baby cakes are bite size and use a size 360 cupcake liner.

DO YOU DO CUSTOMISED ORDERS?

Yes of course. We can customise your cupcakes, cakes and cookies to match the theme of your event. From the colour of the cupcake liner, to the icing on the cake, we are happy to create a beautiful custom design to suit your needs.

WHATS THE BEST WAY TO STORE CUPCAKES

Cupcakes should never be stored in a fridge. They are best eaten fresh, but if you have leftovers then cupcakes should be stored in an airtight container in a cool place. Decorated cookies are also stored in an airtight container.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO MAKE A ORDER?

To avoid disappointment, all orders should be placed 2 weeks prior the event. OF course the more notice the better. For all late orders, please feel free to contact us and we can see if we can fit you in.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot. The remainder is to be paid in full prior to collection.

WHAT IF I CANCEL?

Cancellations should be made 4 days prior to the event for a fully refundable deposit. Cupcakelicious has the right to withold any deposits if there is not sufficient notice given.

CAN I HIRE A CUPCAKE STAND FROM YOU?

Yes. We have square or round tiered stands. Stand hire is $20 for the weekend only. Stands must be returned on the Monday after the weekend of your event otherwise you will incur a $10 late fee per day. A $90 refundable deposit is also required in-case of any damages to the stand.
